The GALLERY  has a multipurpose role. It will be used to promote works  of contemporary Artists and to establish a permanent and reliable source of funding to support the mission of the  Foundation  and causes from the present to far into the future.  We believe that funding multiple programs for émigrés will give the gallery a broad base of support from which to obtain donation items and volunteers. With some creative marketing we can reach potential supporters and obtain the steady stream of donated art and antiques needed to make the gallery successful over the long haul.

Donating Items

 

Small donations can simply be brought by the center whenever we are open, or on other times by appointment. If you have a large number of items to donate, please call ahead at (718) 472-2246 to see if there is room at the center for the donations. We accept ‘ most anything’ that will sell, including: Art, Antiques & Collectible,etc.

 

Volunteering

 

Volunteering at RIRC GALLERY is an excellent way to meet new people and help your community. The more we rely upon volunteers, the greater our profits will be, hence the more money we will be able to donate to the RIRC Foundation. You don’t need any special skills to volunteer at RIRC GALLERY however, if you have any specials skills (e.g. recognizing and pricing antiques and collectibles, interior design, or retail experience) please let us know.
