In little over a decade,  Romanian  Information and Referral Center, Inc., has built a reputation with clients, funders, and community as a multi-faceted agency that develops innovative programs and creates strong partnerships with other organizations.  

RIRC will continue delivering effective programs and services, strengthen Board involvement, and broaden our area of service to include housing, health, immigration and counseling services.
