As part of our commitment to welcome newcomers, the Romanian Information & Referral Center (RIRC) is the first agency for information in the immigrant community.

The RIRC is a non-religious association. It has no political, social or cultural agenda. It is completely confidential.  It is a non-profit, volunteer organization, whose sole purpose is to provide support to those individuals and families who are in crisis or need. The RIRC’s philosophy, known as ‘a friend in need is a friend indeed’, Provides an empathetic (sympathetic) response to every person who calls, no matter what his or her problem or affiliation is.

Often when an individual feels in crisis or in need, he or she doesn’t know where to turn. When you need someone to talk to, someone to listen to, someone who cares, we are here. When life hurts, we can help.
